The Site
The site extends approximately 0.38 hectares, and currently comprises a privately-owned car park. It represents a great opportunity for the regeneration of an under-used brownfield site.
The site is located 1.3km to the north-west of Coventry City Centre and is within a five-minute walk of Radford Local Centre. Future residents will therefore be within walking distance of a range of services and amenities, including hot-food takeaways, a barbers, an optician, a bingo hall, convenience stores and Radford Social Club.
An Aldi supermarket is also located approximately 100 metres to the north of the site via Radford Road.

Radford Road is well-served by public transport links, including bus services 16 and 735 which provide connections to Coventry city centre, Fillongley and Keresley.
